A key function of LabOS is the ability it gives its users to locate and analyze information accurately at a glance – presentation and the availability of data can make all the difference.
LabOS has always offered an extensive array of reporting options that cover everything from General Reporting, to Laboratories, to Setup, and Statistics. These reports are customizable in terms of layout, content, and visuals. For example, users can choose from an array of reporting formats (i.e. pie chart, line graph, bar chart, column graph, raw tabular data). Users can also choose how the report arrives (fax, FTP, HL7, email, phone, printer, etc.).

Build a Personal Report Menu
Report types are searchable by name and keywords. Once a user has identified the report type they need, they can choose to favorite it (a user can favorite as many reports as they like) so that it automatically appears in the favorite report section of their dashboard, ready to run:

Once a user chooses which report they need, they will need to define the report, including the date range, facility, test type, etc. Unique to LabOS, once users define a report, it is automatically logged as a template for the user, and will appear in their personal Reports Menu. It can be shared with other team members, edited, or observed at a later time.
With LabOS reports are automated so that users do not need to consistently manage their reporting schedule. Users can now schedule reports, so that once a report is initially defined, users will receive it continuously – for example, daily, or weekly (with a maximum of up to 15 minute intervals). Users will receive reports (either passively to their designated reports section within LabOS, or to a medium of their choice).
Once users schedule a report, it is automatically logged and saved in the system’s Report Queue so that users can manage upcoming reports and amend them if needed. Reports are setup to run in the background, which means there is no disturbance to users when reports are being generated, users can continue using LabOS as usual, with no interruption to workflow.
